INGREDIENTS:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp of butter
- 3 Sage leaves
- 8 Baby tomatoes chopped
- 2 big tomatoes chopped
- Ragu
- Pomodoro Sauce
- 2 - 3 tsp tomato paste
- Spaghetti
METHOD:
- Drizzle the olive oil and butter into a hot pan
- Tear the sage leaves into small pieces and add to the pan
- Add all the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
- Add the Ragu
- Add the Pomodoro sauce and bring to boil
- Add salt and pepper
- Cook the spaghetti
- Serve
