Spaghetti Bolognese 3 - Zizzi




INGREDIENTS:
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • 3 Sage leaves
  • 8 Baby tomatoes chopped
  • 2 big tomatoes chopped
  • Ragu
  • Pomodoro Sauce 
  • 2 - 3 tsp tomato paste
  • Spaghetti

METHOD:
  1. Drizzle the olive oil and butter into a hot pan
  2. Tear the sage leaves into small pieces and add to the pan
  3. Add all the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add the Ragu
  5. Add the Pomodoro sauce and bring to boil
  6. Add salt and pepper
  7. Cook the spaghetti 
  8. Serve
