- 1/2 Kg beans
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tbsp Chilli Powder
- salt
- water
- mustard seeds
- oil
METHOD:
- Clean the full beans in fresh water. Cut it to the same size.
- Add 1/4 spoon Termuric Powder
- Add 1/4spoon Chilli Powder
- Add required salt.
- Prepare the Pressure Cooker: Put 2 spoonful of water, mix well all ingredients. Place it on the cooker and close lid.
- When you hear the first bleep switch off the Gas.
- Discharge the steam lifting the heavy lid on the middle of the lid.
- Heat up the oil in a frying pan
- Fry mustard seeds
- Add to the green beans.
