Prawn Masala By Manzoor Ahmed

PRAWN MASALA

INGREDIENTS:
  • 500 gr Prawns pealed and cleaned  
  • 1 Onion large sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Chilly Powder                          
  • 1/2 tsp Termeric Powder                       
  • 4 Green Chilly Split                    
  • 1 tsp Garlic Crushed                        
  • 1 tsp Gringer Sliced small                  
  • Salt as required
  • Oil as required
  • 1 small tin Tomato Purie                          

METHOD:
  1. Cook the prowns in water  adding the chilly powder, termeric powder and salt. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat up the oil, when hot, add the onion and chilli slices and saute till brown
  3. Add all other ingredients along with half a cup of water and bring to boil.  
  4. When boiled add the cooked prawns 
  5. Cook for 5 minutes and decorate with Coriander leaves.
  6. Serve warm.
