PRAWN MASALA

INGREDIENTS:
- 500 gr Prawns pealed and cleaned
- 1 Onion large sliced
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Termeric Powder
- 4 Green Chilly Split
- 1 tsp Garlic Crushed
- 1 tsp Gringer Sliced small
- Salt as required
- Oil as required
- 1 small tin Tomato Purie
METHOD:
- Cook the prowns in water adding the chilly powder, termeric powder and salt. Keep it aside.
- Heat up the oil, when hot, add the onion and chilli slices and saute till brown
- Add all other ingredients along with half a cup of water and bring to boil.
- When boiled add the cooked prawns
- Cook for 5 minutes and decorate with Coriander leaves.
- Serve warm.
