Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 120g breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Can be made using any George Foreman grill – we recommend the Large Fit Grill or Smokeless BBQ Grill.
- Remove any excess fat from the pork chops and beat lightly with a meat tenderiser or rolling pin until approximately ½cm in thickness, ensuring they are an even depth all over.
- In a shallow bowl or high-sided dish, mix the breadcrumbs with some salt and pepper. Mix the eggs in another similar bowl or dish, whisking thoroughly.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, making sure they are fully covered, and then let any excess drip away. Then quickly dip into the breadcrumbs until well coated.
- Pre-heat your favourite George Foreman Grill to maximum. Once up to temperature, cook the breaded pork on the grill with the lid down for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
