Ingredients
- 250 gm spaghetti
- 1 tsp Salt for chicken
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 300 gm Chicken boneless
- Salt for spaghetti
- 3 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1,5 tsp Black pepper
- 3 tbsp Corn flour
- Oil for frying
- 2 Onions sliced
- 2-3 tomato diced
- 3 Red chilli chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup or maggi sauce
- 2 tbsp red chilli paste
- 2 tbsp Oil
Steps
- Marinate chicken with given ingredients and keep in fridge for 1/2 hour.
- Heat oil and fry chicken till done. keep aside.
- Boil spaghetti with salt and strain in strainer. Add 1 tsp oil. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in wok. Add chopped onion and saute it
- Add chopped red chili and cook for few seconds.
- Add diced tomatoes, red chili paste and cook for a minute.
- Add fried chicken
- Add tomato ketchup/sauce or maggi sauce
- Add spaghetti and toss well
- Simmer for five minutes.
- Serve hot
