Chocolate Chip Muffins

 


Ingredients

  • 250gr self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda / bi carb soda 
  • 100 gr sugar (caster, granulated or superfine)
  • 150 ml milk or yoghurt
  • 100gr butter , unsalted, melted
  • 2 large eggs , at room temperature, lightly whisked
  • 150g chocolate chips or pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C gas 6/7
  2. Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper patties.
  3. Whisk flour, baking soda, sugar in a bowl.
  4. Whisk in milk, melted butter and eggs.
  5. Mix until just combine. Some flour lumps in the batter is fine.
  6. Add chocolate chips
  7. Fill muffin tin: Divide batter between paper cases.
