Ingredients
- 250gr self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking soda / bi carb soda
- 100 gr sugar (caster, granulated or superfine)
- 150 ml milk or yoghurt
- 100gr butter , unsalted, melted
- 2 large eggs , at room temperature, lightly whisked
- 150g chocolate chips or pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C gas 6/7
- Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper patties.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, sugar in a bowl.
- Whisk in milk, melted butter and eggs.
- Mix until just combine. Some flour lumps in the batter is fine.
- Add chocolate chips
- Fill muffin tin: Divide batter between paper cases.
