Ingredients
▢ 1 cup Oats (Powdered)
▢ ¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour
▢ 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
▢ 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
▢ 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
▢ 5 tablespoon Butter
▢ 1 cup Sugar
▢ 4 Egg Whites
▢ ¼ cup Milk
▢ ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
▢ 2 cup Apples (Peeled and chopped)
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 180 Degrees C.
- Grease and line an 8 inch baking pan.
- Beat butter and sugar in a bowl till light and fluffy.
- Add egg white and whisk well.
- Add flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder and baking soda and mix until combined.
- Now add milk and mix well.
- Add oats powder, vanilla extract and apples and mix until combined.
- Transfer the batter in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 40-45 mins until a tooth pic comes out clean.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the pan and cool completely on a cooling rack.
- Cut into slices and serve.
