Bratwurst Air Fryer

 

Ingredients

• 6 bratwursts (fresh or frozen)
• 1 spray olive oil spray

Instructions

1. Spray the inside of your air fryer basket with olive oil spray. You can skip this step if your air fryer is non-stick!
2. Place the brats in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
3. Air fry at 350 F / 180 C for about 10 minutes, flipping them once about halfway through. The sausages should be golden brown on the surface.
4. Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the internal temperature of the bratwurst reach 160 F / 71 C.
