Ingredients
- 250 gms Boneless Chicken Pieces Cut in 2 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- Few drops of lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes or so.
- Meanwhile, soak the Bamboo skewers in water so that they do not catch fire in the oven/grill pan
- After 30 minutes or so, thread the chicken pieces onto the Bamboo skewers and place them on a oven safe baking tray. Cook them for 5 minutes at 900W power in the Microwave Mode.
- If you are using Grill Pan on a stove top, then place them in the hot pan and turn them around till they are cooked on all sides.
- Once done, take them out on your platter, sprinkle some rock salt and few drops of Lemon juice. Serve with a side of Salad and dips.
