Indian Chicken Skewers

 

Ingredients

  • 250 gms Boneless Chicken Pieces Cut in 2 inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Few drops of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes or so.
  2. Meanwhile, soak the Bamboo skewers in water so that they do not catch fire in the oven/grill pan
  3. After 30 minutes or so, thread the chicken pieces onto the Bamboo skewers and place them on a oven safe baking tray. Cook them for 5 minutes at 900W power in the Microwave Mode.
  4. If you are using Grill Pan on a stove top, then place them in the hot pan and turn them around till they are cooked on all sides.
  5. Once done, take them out on your platter, sprinkle some rock salt and few drops of Lemon juice. Serve with a side of Salad and dips.
