French Mayonnaise

 

INGREDIENTS

  • egg yolks at room temperature
  • dijon mustard (1 tsp for every egg yolk used)
  • few drops of vinegar
  • oil (150ml for every egg yolk used)
  • pinch of salt
  • pepper

METHOD

  1. Put egg yolk(s) in a bowl
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Add mustard 
  4. whisk together
  5. Gradually add the oil while whisking the mixture until oil is finished and mayo is thick.
  6. Enjoy
