INGREDIENTS
- egg yolks at room temperature
- dijon mustard (1 tsp for every egg yolk used)
- few drops of vinegar
- oil (150ml for every egg yolk used)
- pinch of salt
- pepper
METHOD
- Put egg yolk(s) in a bowl
- Add salt and pepper
- Add mustard
- whisk together
- Gradually add the oil while whisking the mixture until oil is finished and mayo is thick.
- Enjoy
