INGREDIENTS:
- 2 packs of instant noodles
- sesame oil
- 1 medium sized onion chopped
- 250-300 gr diced chicken breast
- 1/3 cup dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoons Gochujang chili paste
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- cold water
- 1 green onion chopped
METHOD:
- Heat the oil in a heavy based pan or wok
- Add the onion and fry until golden brown
- Add the chopped garlic and fry for a few minutes
- Add the soy sauce
- Add the rice vinegar
- Add the sugar
- Add the chili paste and mix every thing up and cook for a few minutes
- Add the chicken and mix well, cook until done (no pink inside)
- Add a little bit of cold water
- Cook the noodles according to instructions on package
- When done, drain the noodles and add to the sauce mixture
- Mix well and cook for a few minutes more.
- Serve with chopped spring onion
