INGREDIENTS:
- 140gr flour (baked at 200C for 5 min to sterilise
- 100gr softened unsalted butter
- 175gr brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
METHOD:
- Beat butter and sugar together until creamy-ish
- Add vanilla, salt and flour, mix well
- Add chocolate chips
- Add little bits of milk until doughy
- Refrigerate
