Ingredients:
For the Marinade:
- 500gr boneless, skinless chicken thighs, chopped into half-inch pieces
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
For the Stir Fry:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (or water)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil (divided)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mingle the chicken with honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chicken. Stir-fry until browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining oil. Stir in chicken broth. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Uncover and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
Return chicken to skillet. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir-fry until heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy with steamed white rice.
