Ingredients
- 15g Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Rub
- 25g Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250g chicken breasts
- 300g spaghetti
- 200g cream cheese (optional in my opinion)
Method
Step 1
Grab a frying pan and heat the oil on a medium to high heat. Dice the chicken, add to the pan and mix in Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Rub. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked.
Step 2
Stir in the cream cheese, lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add Nando’s Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and cook on a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes – or until the spaghetti’s al dente. Drain and save 60ml of the pasta water.
Step 4
Add the spaghetti to the chicken and sauce mix. If the sauce is a bit thick, add some of the pasta water.
