Ingredients:
- 500 grams half and half minced meat (beef + pork)
- 40 grams Mix for minced garden herbs
- 1 medium-sized eggs
- 2 tablespoons traditional olive oil
- 12.5 grams chives
- 400 grams cherry tomatoes
- 400 grams courgette spaghetti
- 75 grams rocket salad mix
- 1 tablespoon aceto balsamico di Modena
Method:
1. Mix the minced meat with the herb mix for minced meat and the egg. Form 5 balls per person with damp hands. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls for 12 minutes until brown and cooked through.
2. Finely chop the chives. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix in a bowl with the courgette spaghetti and mixed salad. Divide the meatballs over it and sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with the chives and season with pepper and salt if desired. Serve with the bread.
