Peri peri chicken skewers 1

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peri peri sauce
  • 1 pound chicken (boneless and skinless thighs
  • or breasts), cut into bite sized pieces

Method

1. Marinate the chicken in 1/2 cup of the peri peri sauce for 20 minutes to overnight.

2. Skewer the chicken and grillit over mediumhigh heat until cooked through, about 2-4 minutes per side.

3. Baste with the reserved peri peri sauce and serve with the remaining sauce for dipping!
