Tandoori Chicken (pan fried)

 

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt - 150 g.
  • Curry powder - 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Sweet paprika powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Chicken breast - 400 g.
  • vegetable oil

Leave to marinate for 3 hours.

Fry over low heat for 7 minutes on one side and 5 - 7 minutes on the other side.
