EGG ROAST III
Ingredients
- 4 nos egg
- 2 nos onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp ginger (paste)
- 1 tsp garlic (paste)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri chilli
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 nos tomato (small)
- 1/2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp paprika (sliced)
- 1 spring curry leaves
- salt to taste
Instructions
- boil the egg 12 to 15 minutes
- heat oil in a pan . add mustard seed fry few seconds
- add sliced onion, curry leaves and salt.
- onion turn brown add tomato. saute well.
- add ginger garlic paste and paprica sliced . saute well.
- add turmeric powder, chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala saute in a minute.
- add 1/2 cup water ( or coconut milk) . mix well . adjust salt.
- add boiled egg and cook thick gravy. add coriander leaves.
- serve
