Egg Roast III

EGG ROAST III


Ingredients

  • 4 nos egg
  • 2 nos onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (paste)
  • 1 tsp garlic (paste)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp kashmiri chilli
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 nos tomato (small)
  • 1/2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1 tsp paprika (sliced)
  • 1 spring curry leaves
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. boil the egg 12 to 15 minutes
  2. heat oil in a pan . add mustard seed fry few seconds
  3. add sliced onion, curry leaves and salt.
  4. onion turn brown add tomato. saute well.
  5. add ginger garlic paste and paprica sliced . saute well.
  6. add turmeric powder, chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala saute in a minute.
  7. add 1/2 cup water ( or coconut milk) . mix well . adjust salt.
  8. add boiled egg and cook thick gravy. add coriander leaves.
  9. serve
