Yakitori Sauce Wagamama

YAKITORI SAUCE WAGAMAMA


INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 12 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
METHOD: 
  1. marinade the chicken with a bit of oil, garlic, ginger, coriander and lemon juice for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Add light soy sauce, sake, sugar and mirin in a saucepan.
  3. Turn on the heat and let it simmer.
