YAKITORI SAUCE WAGAMAMA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 12 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
METHOD:
- marinade the chicken with a bit of oil, garlic, ginger, coriander and lemon juice for a few hours or overnight.
- Add light soy sauce, sake, sugar and mirin in a saucepan.
- Turn on the heat and let it simmer.
