Firecracker Sauce Wagamama

FIRECRACKER SAUCE

WAGAMAMA


INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml yakitori sauce 
  • 50ml veg oyster sauce or mushroom sauce
  • 100ml sriracha (or hot chili sauce)
  • 2 tbsp veg, stir fry or oyster sauce   
  • 100ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp dried chilli flakes
  • 6 tbsp runny honey
  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

METHOD:

  1. Add Yakatori and veg oyster/mushroom sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add the sriracha/chili sauce. Mix well.
  3. Add fish/oyster sauce (2 tbsp). Mix well.
  4. Add some chili flakes.
  5. Add the oil
  6. Add honey
  7. Add chili sauce
