Firecracker Sauce Wagamama
FIRECRACKER SAUCE
WAGAMAMA
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml yakitori sauce
- 50ml veg oyster sauce or mushroom sauce
- 100ml sriracha (or hot chili sauce)
- 2 tbsp veg, stir fry or oyster sauce
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp dried chilli flakes
- 6 tbsp runny honey
- 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
METHOD:
- Add Yakatori and veg oyster/mushroom sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add the sriracha/chili sauce. Mix well.
- Add fish/oyster sauce (2 tbsp). Mix well.
- Add some chili flakes.
- Add the oil
- Add honey
- Add chili sauce
