INGREDIENTS:
- A loaf of bread (800 gr) torn into small pieces
- Raisins
- Milk as required
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar or some vanilla extract drops *
- Cinnamon Powder
- Bread crumbs
- Butter
METHOD:
- Grease a baking container with butter
- Coat it with cinnamon powder so you can no longer see any butter
- Coat it again with bread crubs
- Mix the raisins, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and the bread pieces in a bowl until it's a paste
- Fill the container evenly
- Bake at 180 C for 01:15 hrs
