INGREDIENTS:
- 500 gr bean or 1 can of cut French green beans
- 1 onion chopped
- lemon juice
- salt
- water
- nutmeg
METHOD:
- Wash the beans and cut the ends of the beans. If the beans are too long, cut them in pieces.
- Boil in water for 10 min
- Drain the beans
- fry the onion
- add beans to the onion
- Add some lemon juice
- Add salt to taste
NOTE:
If a can of beans is used instead of fresh beans, boil the beans in the water that came with the can.
