IINGREDIENTS:
- 500 gr minced beef
- 2 small onions or 1 big onion
- 2 big ripe tomatoes chopped
- 1 can of chopped tomaties
- Italian passatta or any pasta sauce like Dolmio one jar of 500-750 gr
- salt
- pepper
- tomato puree
- Chilli sauce (Maggi Hot & Sweet preferably)
- 1 tbsp sambal Oelek
- 1/2 tbsp dried red chili flakes
METHOD:
- Fry the beef and set aside when brown
- Fry the onion till golden
- Add the chopped tomaties
- Add salt and pepper
- Add dried red chili flakes
- Simmer for few minutes
- Add passata / pasta sauce
- Add sambal oelek
- Add beef
- Adjust salt and pepper again to taste
- Add tomato puree
- Add chili sauce for a spicy zing
