FRIKANDEL
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 gr beef mince
- 250 gr pork mince
- 250 gr chicken mince
- 2 onions
- 3 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp mace
- 1/2 tsp cardemom
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 5 tbsp ketjap manis
- 6 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Mix the mince and the onions in a food processor or blender
- Add all the spices
- Add 5 tbsp ketjap manis
- Add 2 eggs
- Add the bread crumbs
- Mix everything by hand or food processor
- Form sausages
- boil the sausages in hot water for 10 min until they float up
- Remove from the water and let cool off, then freeze in the freezer
- Snack - Pork - Meat
