Frikandellen





FRIKANDEL

                 
INGREDIENTS:


  • 250 gr beef mince
  • 250 gr pork mince
  • 250 gr chicken mince
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tsp pepper
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp mace
  • 1/2 tsp cardemom
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 5 tbsp ketjap manis
  • 6 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
METHOD:
  1. Mix the mince and the onions in a food processor or blender
  2. Add all the spices
  3. Add 5 tbsp ketjap manis
  4. Add 2 eggs
  5. Add the bread crumbs
  6. Mix everything by hand or food processor
  7. Form sausages
  8. boil the sausages in hot water for 10 min until they float up
  9. Remove from the water and let cool off, then freeze in the freezer
