TARTAR SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
1 raw egg
1 hard boiled egg
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp (white wine) vinegar
2 tbsp water
400 ml groundnut oil
a bunch of parsley
pepper
salt
METHOD:
Add the raw egg into a mixing cup.
Add the mustard and the vinegar
Add the water
Add the groundnut oil
Add pepper and salt
Use a mixer to make a smooth paste. Make sure the mustard and egg mix well
chop the parsley and add to the cup
chop the hard boiled egg (chop white and yellow separately) and add to the cup
mix everything .
10. chill in the fridge before using.
