APPLE PIE ROLLS
INGREDIENTS
- 10 slices of white bread
- 2 apples
- 10 gr flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 175 gr sugar
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 100 gr melted butter
METHOD
- preheat the oven on180 C.
- Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
- Mix the apple cubes with the flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 75 gr sugar and nutmeg. Set aside.
- Cut the crusts off the bread slices and roll the bread flat with a rolling pin. Mix 100 gr sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in a little bowl. Put the melted butter into another little bowl and keep aside.
- Pour 2 tbsp of the apple mix in the length of the bread. Roll the bread up and keep the apple mix in the middle of the roll.
- coat the rolls with the melted butter and then with the sugar / cinnamon mix.
- Bake the rolls in the oven for 15 min till golden brown. Serve hot.
