Apple Pie Rolls

APPLE PIE ROLLS


INGREDIENTS

  • 10 slices of white bread
  • 2 apples
  • 10 gr flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 175 gr sugar
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 100 gr melted butter

METHOD

  1. preheat the oven on180 C.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. 
  3. Mix the apple cubes with the flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 75 gr sugar and nutmeg. Set aside.
  4. Cut the crusts off the bread slices and roll the bread flat with a rolling pin. Mix 100 gr sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in a little bowl. Put the melted butter into another little bowl and keep aside. 
  5. Pour 2 tbsp of the apple mix in the length of the bread. Roll the bread up and keep the apple mix in the middle of the roll. 
  6. coat the rolls with the melted butter and then with the sugar / cinnamon mix. 
  7. Bake the rolls in the oven for 15 min till golden brown. Serve hot.
