Egg Biriyani with tomato gravy Rice Cooker

EGG BIRIYANI WITH TOMATO GRAVY


METHOD & INGREDIENTS:

STAGE 1
  1. Heat a pan add water, eggs and boil them for 8 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl add 1tsp of salt 
  3. Add 4cups of water
  4. Add 4green chillies
  5. Add 1/2cup of mint 
  6. Add 1/2cup of coriander leaves
  7. And mix it.
  8. Then pour the water in to rice cooker
  9. And add 2cups of rice
  10. And add 1tsp of oil and mix it again.
  11. Put the lid on. 

STAGE 2
  1. Heat a pan add 1tbs of oil
  2. Add 1cup of sliced onions
  3. Add salt (required)
  4. And cook for a minute.
  5. Add 1tsp of shahjeera
  6. Add 1tsp of ginger garlic paste
  7. Add 1tbs of biryani masala
  8. Add 1cup of curd
  9. Add 1/2cup of coriander leaves
  10. Switch off the flame.
  11. Then add boiled eggs. Keep a side.

STAGE 3
  1. In a rice cooker add 1tsp of saffron water
  2. And egg masala mixture.
  3. Put the lid on and cook it.

STAGE 4
  1. Tomato pepper gravy;-
  2. In a mixie jar add 1tbs of peanuts
  3. Add 2 tsp of sesame seeds
  4. Add 2 tsp of coconut powder
  5. Add some water and make fine paste.
  6. Heat a pan add 1tbs of oil
  7. Add 1/2cup of chopped onions
  8. Add pinch of salt
  9. Add 2sprigs of curry leaves
  10. Add 1/2tsp of turmeric powder
  11. Add 1tsp of ginger garlic paste
  12. Add grinded masala paste
  13. Add 1/2tsp of garam masala
  14. Add 4 green chilies  cook it well.
  15. Now add 1/2cup of tamarind juice
  16. Add some water and cook some more minutes.
  17. Then add 1tsp of coriander powder
  18. Add 1/2tsp of cumin powder
  19. Add salt (required)
  20. Add 1/2tsp of pepper powder
  21. Add 1/2cup of tomato pieces
  22. Add chopped coriander leaves
  23. And cook for 3 minutes in a slow flame.
  24. Now serve  egg biryani with tomato gravy.
