CHICKEN BIRIYANI RICE COOKER
INGREDIENTS & METHOD
Stage 1
- In a pestle add 4 cloves
- Add 3 cardamoms
- Add 1 tsp of pepper
- And crush it slightly.
- And add 2 pieces of ginger
- Add 5 pods of garlic
- And crush it.
Stage 2
- In a bowl add crushed masala
- Add 300 g of chicken
- Add 1 tsp of shahjeera
- Add 1 cinnamon stick
- Add 1 bay leaf
- Add 1 tb spn of biryani masala
- Add 5 shallots
- Add 6 green chillies
- Add ½ cup of mint leaves
- Add 1 cup of curd
- Add required salt and mix it.
- And add 1 cup of rice.
- Ina bowl add 2 cup of water
- And add 1 tsp of salt and oil, mix it.
- Then pour in to the bowl.
- Rest for some time.
- Now put in to cooker and put on lid
- And cook for 2 whistles.
Stage 3
- In a pan add 1tbs of oil
- Add 4 red chillies
- Add 1 tsp coriander seeds
- Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- Add 1 tb spn of peanuts
- Add 2 tsp of sesame seeds
- Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds
- Add 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds
- Add onions
- Add 1 tsp of dry coconut powder
- Add small tamarind piece
- Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
- And roast it.
- Add water and jaggery switch off the flame.
- Transfer it to a blender jar and grind it into a fine paste.
Stage 4
- Add 3 cups of water in a pan
- Add grounded masala paste
- And cook it for some time.
- Add 1 sprig of curry leaves 1tsp of salt
- And cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add ½ cup of curd, 2 boiled eggs
- And mix it.
- Now serve chicken biryani with salan gravy.
