Chicken Biriyani Rice Cooker

CHICKEN BIRIYANI RICE COOKER

INGREDIENTS & METHOD

Stage 1
  1. In a pestle add 4 cloves
  2. Add 3 cardamoms
  3. Add 1 tsp of pepper
  4. And crush it slightly.
  5. And add 2 pieces of ginger
  6. Add 5 pods of garlic 
  7. And crush it.
Stage 2
  1. In a bowl add crushed masala
  2. Add 300 g of chicken
  3. Add 1 tsp of shahjeera
  4. Add 1 cinnamon stick
  5. Add 1 bay leaf
  6. Add 1 tb spn of biryani masala
  7. Add 5 shallots
  8. Add 6 green chillies
  9. Add ½ cup of mint leaves
  10. Add 1 cup of curd
  11. Add required salt and mix it.
  12. And add 1 cup of rice.
  13. Ina bowl add 2 cup of water
  14. And add 1 tsp of salt and oil, mix it.
  15. Then pour in to the bowl.
  16. Rest for some time.
  17. Now put in to cooker and put on lid
  18. And cook for 2 whistles.

Stage 3
  1. In a pan add 1tbs of oil
  2. Add 4 red chillies
  3. Add 1 tsp coriander seeds
  4. Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  5. Add 1 tb spn of peanuts
  6. Add 2 tsp of sesame seeds
  7. Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds
  8. Add 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds
  9. Add onions 
  10. Add 1 tsp of dry coconut powder
  11. Add small tamarind piece
  12. Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
  13. And roast it.
  14. Add water and jaggery switch off the flame.
  15. Transfer it to a blender jar and grind it into a fine paste.
Stage 4
  1. Add 3 cups of water in a pan 
  2. Add  grounded masala paste
  3. And cook it for some time.
  4. Add 1 sprig of curry leaves 1tsp of salt
  5. And cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add ½ cup of curd, 2 boiled eggs
  7. And mix it.
  8. Now serve chicken biryani with salan gravy.
