Chicken Chukka

CHICKEN CHUKKA

INGREDIENTS:

• Chicken - 1 Kg 
• Fried onion -3
• Tomato – 1
• Curry leafs
• kashmeeri chilli powder – 3 tsp
• pepper – 1 tsp
• garam masala – 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• ginger garlic paste 2 tsp,
• 1 lemon juice .

METHOD:

1. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for half hour
2. Heat up 3 tsp coconut oil put in fry-pan. 
3. When oil become hot add the marinated chicken. 
4. Put the flame to slim in half hour. 
5. Our yummy chicken chukka is ready.
