MALABAR CHICKEN SAMOSAS
INGREDIENTS SAMOSA SHEET:
- 2 Cups all purpose flour / maida
- Ghee
- warm water
- salt
INGREDIENTS SAMOSA FILLING
- 1/2 kg chicken mince
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tbsp garam masala powder
METHOD:
- Heat up oil in a pan and cook the mince with all the ingredients.
- Stir fry until dry
- make the dough using the flour, ghee and salt
- roll the dough into thin rough shapes
- cut each circle into 4 pieces
- fill the chicken masala into the pieces and fold to make triangles
- Fry each triangle in hot oil until crispy and golden brown
