Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken breasts
- salt
- pepper
- seasoning of your choice
- wheat flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- parsley for garnishing (optional)
Method
- Make 3-4 cuts one way and 3-4 cuts the other way (see photo)
- Add seasoning, salt and pepper on each breast, rub it in on both sides
- Coat the breasts in wheat flour
- Melt butter in a pan
- Add the chicken breasts and cook till brown on both sides
- When brown on both sides, add crushed garlic and fry for few min
- Add the soy sauce, honey and vinegar
- Cook it until it becomes a thick sauce
- Add parsley for garnishing if preferred
