Ingredients:
- 1kg of diced chicken breast
- sour cream
- black pepper
- Oregano
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- paprika powder
- wheat flour
- bread crumbs
- salt
Method:
- Place the diced chicken in a bowl
- Add sour cream, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and oregano and mix well.
- Add paprika powder and mix well
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hr
- Mix the wheat flour and bread crumbs in a bowl
- Add pepper and salt to the wheat and bread crumbs mix
- Coat the chicken pieces with the wheat/bread crumbs mixture
- Heat up oil in a deep large pan.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces
- Use a fork to separate the pieces so they don't stick
- When brown and fried, remove the chicken from the oil using a slotted spoon and place on kitchen roll to absorb the oil.
