Ingredients:
- Chicken stock
- Fresh ginger
- Garlic
- Shaved carrot
- Spring onion
- Plain ramen noodles
- Rice vinegar 1 tsp
- Sriracha
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- dark soy sauce
- Chicken pieces
- onion
- salt & pepper
- chicken seasoning
Method:
- Heat up the oil and fry the chicken with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning
- Add onion
- Add ginger and garlic
- Add carrots
- Add rice vinegar, soy sauce and siracha
- Add the chicken stock
- Add the noodles
- garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds when finished
