Kerala Style Beef Fry Dry

 


Ingredients

  • Beef – 1 kg
  • Red chilli powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
  • Beef masala – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt- 1 or 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1/2 ltr

Method

  1. Clean and cut beef into cube-shaped pieces.
  2. Then thoroughly wash them and set them aside.
  3. Take a pan, add cleaned beef
  4. Then add some spices, like red chilli powder, turmeric powder ,beef masala, and coriander powder.
  5. Then sprinkle some salt and combine them well.
  6. Then marinated for half an hour.
  7. After the marination time, add some water and combine them well.
  8. Cover and cook till the beef becomes well cooked
  9. Remove the lid and check whether the beef is well cooked or not.
  10. When the beef is done, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
  11. Heat oil in a pan add cooked beef.
  12. Fry them well until the beef is brown and dried out completely.
  13. Remove from fire and keep aside.
  14. Serve the tasty beef fry with boiled tapioca or meals
