Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Blue Dragon Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Blue Dragon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. rapeseed/canola oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced.
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. fresh ginger, cut into matchstick sized pieces
- Cooked white or brown rice for serving
Method
- In a small bowl, mix together the Fish Sauce, Oyster Sauce and sugar. Keep near the hob, along with the chicken and vegetables.
- Heat a wok over a high heat until very hot. Add the oil and swirl the pan to coat the bottom.
- Add the chicken and sear for 1 minute. Add garlic and stir through until chicken is lightly browned.
- Add the green onions, bell pepper, onions, ginger and sauce. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers and onions are tender.
- Serve immediately with plain white or brown rice
