Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 sachet (120g) Blue Dragon Chinese BBQ Stir Fry
- 400g chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 50g mangetout
- 2 x spring onions, sliced
- 100g Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles
Method
- Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions.
- Heat the oil in a wok, when hot stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes until golden and cooked through, then add the vegetables until cooked.
- Pour over the stir fry sauce and heat through.
- Toss in the cooked noodles.
