Ingredients:
- 500gr beef
- 3 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the beef broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the pot, mixing well.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and add the ramen noodles. Cook for about 3 minutes.
5. Add the broccoli and shredded carrots, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked and the vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
