- 4 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tomatoes

- 1 kg of boneless skinless chicken thigh
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp madras curry powder
- tomato paste
