INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Mayo (8 tbsp)
- 1-2 tbsp honey (to taste)
- 3 tbsp mustard (prefer Dijon)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp white pepper
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder (optional)
- 1 tsp salt or soy sauce
- 1 tsp msg
- 1 tsp ground thym
- 1 tsp sugar (to taste)
For spice:
- 1 tsp chili seeds
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp maggi sauce
METHOD
Immersion blend or whisk. Do not use high or it will add air bubbles
