Pork tenderloin with green bean salad

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 250 grams pork tenderloin
  • 400 grams fresh green beans
  • 150 grams raw vegetables spicy radish mix
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Method:

  1. Heat the peanut oil in a frying pan and fry the pork tenderloin for 12 min. until brown all around and cooked. 
  2. In the meantime, cut the French beans diagonally into 1 cm pieces. Cook for 2 min. until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Mix with the spicy radish mix in a large bowl.
  3. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seeds. 
  4. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice and stir through the vegetables with the toasted sesame seeds.  
  5. Slice the pork tenderloin, place on the salad.
