Dutch salad with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 2 red onions
- 250 grams mushrooms
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 2 tbsp traditional olive oil
- 400 grams lean pork strips
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp French mustard
- 100 grams oak leaf lettuce
- 1 bread
Method:
- Cut the onions into rings.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
- Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the meat on high heat for 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the onion rings and mushrooms and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.
- Stir in the thyme and mustard.
- Remove the wok from the heat and season with pepper and salt if necessary.
- Place the lettuce and tomato on a platter. Spoon the meat with the vegetables on top. Serve.
