Dutch salad with mushrooms

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 red onions
  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp traditional olive oil
  • 400 grams lean pork strips
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp French mustard
  • 100 grams oak leaf lettuce
  • 1 bread

Method:

  1. Cut the onions into rings. 
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters. 
  3. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. 
  4. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the meat on high heat for 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Add the onion rings and mushrooms and stir-fry for another 4 minutes. 
  6. Stir in the thyme and mustard. 
  7. Remove the wok from the heat and season with pepper and salt if necessary.
  8. Place the lettuce and tomato on a platter. Spoon the meat with the vegetables on top. Serve.
