Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thigh boneless
- Thyme
- bay leaves
- chicken seasoning
- butter
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp flour
- 50 cl dark brown beer Buy it here
- 50 cl water
- 2 cubes of chicken stock (do not put in water)
- 1 slice of bread
- mustard
- 1 tsp balsamico
Method
- Melt the butter in a frying pan.
- Cut the chicken in cubes and season with pepper, salt and chicken seasoning. Fry the chicken for about 4 min on each side.
- Finely cut the onion and garlic and add to the pan.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add beer and water and 'clean' the pan.
- Add chicken stock cube, thyme and bay leaves.
- Heavily coat a slice of bread with mustard and put it on top of the meat, mustard side up.
- Simmer for 45-60 min without lid.
- Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
