Kerala Chicken 65

 

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 kg
  • Ginger – 1 nos
  • Garlic – 10 to 12 nos
  • Green chilli – 3 to 4 nos
  • Curry leaves – 4 to 5 sprigs
  • Lemon – half piece
  • Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 2 nos
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Chicken masala – 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seed – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
  • Oil – 1/2 ltr

Method

  1. Firstly we have to crush he ginger and garlic ,set aside.
  2. Take a bowl and add cleaned chicken pieces.
  3. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chicken masala, fennel seed and salt
  4. Now add crushed ginger garlic mix and pepper powder ,combine them well.
  5. Add squeezed lemon juice and mix them well.
  6. Then add two breaked eggs and mix them well.
  7. Again add some corn flour and mix them well
  8. Cover and marinated for half an hour.
  9. Heat oil in a pan,add marinated chicken pieces .
  10. Fry them well, till they become light golden brown.
  11. Drain excess oil and set aside.
  12. Then continuing the same process for marinated chicken
  13. Finally fry some green chilli and curry leaves.
  14. Then add fried ingredients to the chicken 65 bowl,mix them well.
  15. Serve the tasty chicken 65 with meals
