Ingredients
- 1 sachet (150g) Blue Dragon Satay Season & Stir Fry
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 400g chicken breasts
- 1 sliced red pepper
- 3 sliced spring onions
- Handful of peanuts, roughly chopped
- 100g rice, to serve
Method
- Separate the two pouches by tearing along the perforation. Pat dry your meat with kitchen paper. Add seasoning mix to a bowl or freezer bag and coat the meat evenly.
- Leave to marinate whilst you prepare the rest of your ingredients.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan or wok until smoking hot, then add a splash of oil. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Add your vegetables for about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour over the stir fry sauce and heat through.
- Serve with cooked rice and sprinkle over roasted peanuts as a garnish.
