Chicken Satay

 Ingredients

  • 1 sachet (150g) Blue Dragon Satay Season & Stir Fry
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 400g chicken breasts
  • 1 sliced red pepper
  • 3 sliced spring onions
  • Handful of peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 100g rice, to serve

Method

  1. Separate the two pouches by tearing along the perforation. Pat dry your meat with kitchen paper. Add seasoning mix to a bowl or freezer bag and coat the meat evenly.
  2. Leave to marinate whilst you prepare the rest of your ingredients.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan or wok until smoking hot, then add a splash of oil. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Add your vegetables for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour over the stir fry sauce and heat through.
  5. Serve with cooked rice and sprinkle over roasted peanuts as a garnish.
